All Tablet2Cases parcels are monitored with our Advanced Tracking System (ATS) that sends you regular status updates to make sure you never lose track of your goods. You should be able to track your package using the link provided in one of the update emails.
All standard mail packages will be delivered by the main national postal service company (e.g. USPS in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK, Deutsche Post in Germany, La Poste in France, Correos in Spain, etc.)
If you can’t track your package using the link which we send you, try searching for it on the website of your national postal services company. Use the tracking ID provided in the email.
If a standard package seems to be missing, contact your local post office to check if the package is waiting for you there. It is possible that the package was not scanned into the system properly and it’s impossible to track online even though it was shipped.
You can use the same method in case of expedited packages. Simply search for it on the website of the shipping carrier used to send your package (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc) and contact their customer support to ask for further information.
