Standard Delivery: If you don't have a mailbox, your mailman will likely leave a notice letting you know where the item can be picked up. Please contact your local post office to pick up the package or order redelivery. Please note, there is usually a limited time frame of 30 days before the undelivered package will be returned to us.
Expedited Delivery: Usually couriers try to reach you via phone to arrange delivery. Otherwise, they may leave a notification with instructions on how to order redelivery.
All Cooper Cases parcels are monitored with our Advanced Tracking System (ATS) that sends regular status updates via email to ensure you never lose track of your goods.
